Using Ringtone Maker
Ringtone Maker provides a free browser-based audio trimming and conversion tool for personal and lawful use. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to accept these terms in your location, or use the service with the permission of a parent or guardian.
Your files and content rights
You keep ownership of the audio files you select and the ringtones you create. Because processing occurs locally in your browser, we do not receive or store those files. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to copy, edit, convert, and use the audio. Do not use the tool to infringe copyright, violate privacy, bypass digital rights management, or create unlawful content. A streaming subscription does not automatically grant permission to extract or redistribute a song.
No guaranteed compatibility
Audio support varies by browser, operating system, device, codec, and file condition. We aim to create standard MP3 and, where browser support permits, M4R files, but we cannot guarantee that every input will decode or every output will work on every phone. Some browsers may provide a WAV fallback when an AAC/M4R encoder is unavailable. You should preview the result and keep a copy of your original file.
Service availability
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free output, fitness for a particular purpose, or preservation of data. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the browser platform and product evolve. Because the editor is local, closing the page can end the active editing session.
Limitation of responsibility
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ringtone Maker is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses related to use of the site, inability to use it, device configuration, lost files, or third-party claims. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms were last updated on August 4, 2026.
